Calculating transmittance and reflectance in GaAs/Air interface

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi

I m a beginner in COMSOL. I want to get transmittance and reflectance spectra for GaAs-Air interface. For reference check the image 1 file. For the Plane wave source , I need to calculate the transmittance and reflectance based on angle of incidence . I need to obtain spectra (as in image 2). So how we can apply incidence angle in Source? IT would be really helpful if anybody could help me. Thanks in advance
