I want to make the head of the tip round with radius around 12 nm.

Can any one help me on that..... I attached the file...

Hi,

you can achieve that with the boolean geometry operations. You have to add a sphere at the appropriate location close to the tip and then use the difference, intersection, union operations to generate the desired result.
Make sure you mesh this tiny feature appropriately.
