regarding hydrogen value

I am developing SAW sensor with 3-D nanowire sensor array. Here i used lithium niobate as piezoelectric substrate. ZnO as layer. It asks matrix value for all. I given all values. there is no error. But i started to apply hydrogen gas over the ZnO layer again it is asking matrix value for hydrogen. Could you give suggestion to find that value
