Hi,
I would like to run a simulation where I give Comsol a pulsed gradient magnetic field and a conductive material, and then have Comsol return the induced magnetic field from the eddy currents in the material. As a simple example, If I turn on a magnetic field that passes through a conducting wire, the full field in time will be both a step function (the pulse) and some sort of decaying magnetic field induced by the electrical current. The input is the pulse, the response is the induced field, and the system would be determined by the material (A cylinder with regions of different conductivity). Has a similar project been done in Comsol? Thanks
