Microwave heting

Hi, Everyone

I am using module of microwave heating, my problem is that, I have an X-band Rectangular Waveguide in which i placed a dielectric block (Refer to module = RF Heating Model ID: 6078) . Now i apply the input power of 100W to port 1 of waveguide for 0-300 seconds, (same as in the RF heating module). Actually I want to apply the input power for 0-100 seconds and after that apply 0W power to see the normal temperature behaviour inside the block, (How quickly the block Reach to its initial temperature).?
Refer to Microwave Oven model (Potato Cooling), If turn off the Oven after 10 seconds in What time potato reach to its normal temperature..??

Can anyone help me please..??

Thanks in Advance..
