Not able to select Contact pair 1 in Contact pair boundary condition of Solid Mechanics Physics

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

hi i am doing analysis of a cantilever subjected to point load at its end acting vertically downward, strike another cantilever just below it and transfer the load. The problem i am facing , i am not able to see "Contact Pair 1" automatically selected in Pair Selection of Contact setting window in "Solid Mechanics" Physics. Can anybody tell me why its not being selected. I had created the Contact pair manually under Definition because there was no common boundary among both the surfaces. I am attaching screenshot of it.
thank you
