i am pretty new to comsol.....i need to simulate and measure the changes in temperature when a coolant liquid flows over a semiconductor surface in an integrated circuit. and also how the surface of the semiconductor will be affected over time due to the constant flow of coolent fluids on the surface because in the integrated circuits the semiconductor ar eaonly a few atoms thick...is it possible to do this using the comsol..please help

thanking you in advance.
