COMSOL save file after study

Hi,

In COMSOL 4.4 GUI, is there any way of saving the file after a particular study is completed ?

For example, in COMSOL Batch mode we have the 'infile' and 'outfile' options which saves the output after a study onto a file name as specified in outfile option. Is there any similar way of doing this in the GUI mode ?

The recovery file concept is absolutely of no use here, since it only saves the file before a study, not after it is completed.

Hi Manyunat, it is really a good idea to have a save option in the study. We can make a suggestion to comsol to implement such an option. After the study completed optionally the solution could be saved a specified file.

Hello. There is a store solution entry in the study portion of the model tree. This will save a copy of the solution inside your model at the end of the solve in a separate location. You can also do this manually with the copy solution command right in the same portion of the tree. Then you would need to save the entire model file with the usual file->save.
