Calculating the Average Flow Rate

Hi,

I have a variable which gives me Flow Rate (m^2/s) vs. Time (s). I'm trying to calculate the average flow rate in COMSOL so that I can use it for another calculation. I haven't been able to figure out a way to do this. Any suggestions?
