Fluid Flow Through Micro nozzle

Greetings
I want to simulate flow through a micro nozzle as of one used in micro thrusters, what CFD study can be most helpful, I am new at CFD studies and have been trying with the High Mach number study but cannot even finalize a simulation without errors. Are there some modifications I might have to do to the model Comsol uses to calculate the fluids velocity? Any hint or reference will be helpful…

Regards

I think, since the velocity at exit of the nozzle may be in the range of 1000 m/s, High Mach Module is the right option for the simulation. I have done similar simulation for micronozzle operating at 2 mN thrust.
