Domain element has wrong entity number

Hi Supporters,

I'm trying to find out some information on the error I get while attempting to apply a mesh to my model. The only information provided is "Domain element has wrong entity number." without any indication of what domain element or what the entity number should be. I've searched the forum and the all-knowing google without any results, so if the answer is out there already I can't seem to find it. Any idea what this means or how I can fix it?
