multiple steps in single function

hai,In heat transfer model i need to initiate different velocities for different months in a year (12 months) in a single row at the velocity node to calculate over years.(i.e.for 1-5 months 0.2[m/yr],next 6-10 months -0.8[m/yr] and next 11-12 months 0.01[m/yr]).
how can i do this in COMSOL.
