Converting Parametric Surface to Volume

I have data set of x y z data in excel. I used "interpolation" in the"global definition" and the" parametric surface" to create a surface geometry. I did this process to create two surfaces. Now I want to have the volume between these two surface as the volume for my meshing and fluid properties. Do you know how to convert the surfaces to volume?
Thanks,
