3d wave propagation simulation in a dielectric waveguide

Hi,

I'm trying to simulate 3D waveguide propagation.

I use, wave optics module -> electromagnetic wave, frequency domain -> boundary mode analysis

But I cannot get a result with this (see the attached file)

It's is very simple structure and it could be calculated with wave optics module -> electromagnetic wave, beam envelop -> boundary mode analysis.

I think I did samely
