S11 gets positiv?

Hello,
still fighting with my plasma model..
I used to have too much plasma, now it is to few... but one thing is very strange:

I create energy or at least I transfer somehow plasma energy into the EM energy? or how do I have to read a positive S11 parameter?

I uploaded my model. Study one starts with building a DC plasma.. (already there the microwave power is increasing before I told it so)
Study2 ads microwave power to 20W (whichmay not be enough to reach cutoff densityes)
but Study3 adds up to 300W..
S11 gets positiv?

Any tipps?
