Dielectric slab transmission (Wave Optics)

I want to simulate the reflection and transmission of a simple dielectric slab (1um thick dielectric with n=1.5). Light is normally incident on the slab and the wavelength is 400nm ~ 700nm.
This is an extremely simple simulation using Lumerical FDTD, but the results in COMSOL are incorrect.
Is there anyone who knows how to simulate this?
