Electroosmotic flow

I have designed a pond whose dimension is 7*1.6 meter and 0.25m depth. I am thinking to apply electoosmotic boundary condition at the corner to prevent stagnation region.
I have seen electroosmotic mixer in comsol library. This was applied to small scale (micro-meter). Can someone tell me that can i apply electroosmotic condition to my designed pond?
Your answer in this regard will be highly appreciated.
