How to get the mass matrix in comsol 3.5a

Dear all,

I am conducting a simulation in COMSOL 3.5a with MATLAB through the RF module -- in plane waves -- eigenfrequency analysis. For some reasons, I need to get the element matrix or global matrix from comsol. I know in COMSOL 5.0 the global matrix can be get by using the "mphmatrix" syntax. However, I can't find similar method in COMSOL 3.5a.

Could anybody please help me? Thank you.
