Calling an interpolation function

Hello all,
I have a rather innocuous question. I am using the CFD module for my simulation.
I need to interpolation data since the gas temperature varies a lot.
While defining and plotting is not a problem, I have trouble invoking it in the 'Variables' section. What is the format or syntax for calling an interpolation function?
