Help with Chemical kinetic scheme

I want to study the chemical kinetics of oxidation of aviation fuel blended with biofuel. I have a .txt file containing all the reactions and thermodynamic data of the model for this reaction scheme. I have tried to import this file using the Chemkin extension but obtained no response from Comsol. I was wondering what is the best way to import all the reactions (around 2000 reactions) and the data to be able to carry out sensitivity analysis and path analysis on my model of reactions in Comsol 4.4
