Hi,
I'm working with electrostatic comb structure (3 D) modal, I used electromechanics physics and stationary study.I need to measure the displacement of the mass. I am getting a constant displacement throughout irrespective to the input DC voltage i give.
Boundary conditions I gave :
1) terminals
2) fixed constraint
3)ground
And also I am unable to give prescribed mesh displacement as all shows not applicable.
I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me out with this.
