(removing (∇⋅v)^T in the momentum equation)

Please, can some one come to my rescue? Am trying to solve 2D coupled navier stokes equation with temperature equation in comsol version 4.4
but from Laminar flow, i want to remove (∇v)^T term as expressed in comsol so that my new equation will look like the once below
∇⋅v = 0
( ∂v/ ∂t) +(v ⋅∇v) = −∇P + k∇^2v + F

(remove this term (∇⋅v)^T in the momentum equation)
