Hi everyone,
i am modelling a stationary, isothermic pipe flow (non-newtonian) with a rotated wall (mixermodule).
The solving works pretty good and i can perfectly see the streamlines.

Now i want to create a streamline animation, similar to that one:

www.comsol.com/showroom/animations/642/

but i can't find a proper streamline-animation-tutorial.
Does anyone of you have an idea where to find a good tutorial?

thank you very much.

Max

Dear Max,

This animation uses particle tracing to create the streamline. There is quite some information on our website on this subject.

We also have at least on model which uses the built in particle tracing and this is called:
"Cylinder flow".

Best regards,
Frank
