Comsol 4.0 setup on MS Server 2008

hi,
we can not setup Comsol 4.0 on MS Server 2008. Infact the next button on the license agrement page does not work after choosing the license file. How can we solve this problem? is it about Java version?

We have same problem on our Debian Linux server, Java (installer) crashes.
