MEMS application in macro system

Hi

i am try to modeling the DBD effect on the flow separation around circular cylindr.i saw the paper about this work but that paper shown the electrodes thickness are around 3 mm but in my work electrodes thickness are around 80micrometer but the cylinder diameter 50mm. finally i don't know how to modeling and meshing (becuase the electrodes thickness are very small) these 2 part because on part is so smaller than other and maybe i can see the effect off DBD on the fluid flow .
