piezoresistivity in canteliver

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I need to simulate a piezoresistive canteliver with Comsol. I have used piezoresistivity domain currents module.
I can see the displacement after applying my load on the boundary of the canteliver.
The problem is that I can not see the effect of the applied load on the resistivity of my canteliver. I have used p-silicon(single-crystal, lightly doped) as my piezoresistive material.
I need to see how the resistivity changes when I apply different loads.

can anyone help me please,
Thanks,

Hi Mahmoud,

Have you solve your model, yet?

What is the load that you have applied on your beam? Tension, compression or bending load?
