cantilever with tip detect the surface of the objekt in dynamic mode like AFM

I want to create a project that a cantilever with a tip can be excited by a piezoelektric aktor. The piezoelektric aktor should be sticked under the cantilever sensor. The piezoelektric aktor should vibrate in Z direction. The cantilever should also vibrate in resonanz frequency. (bild 1)And the resonanz frequency should change itself when the tip vibrates and detects on the surface of different objects. I have built a model. In this model the eigenfrequency of the cantilever is already simulated. But when i put a objekt unter the tip (bild 2 ), then i did the frequency domain. In the frequency domain process the cantilever and the tip should be blocked by the object. But by some frequency the displacement of the cantilever have shown, that the cantlever is not blocked by the object, the cantilever with the tip went through the object(bild 3), the objekt did not work at all.
