Image Sequence of Eigenvalues

Hello Mates,

I currently try to simulate an optical fibre with Comsol. I could simulate it but now I would like to save the graphical results from each eigenvalue (effective mode index) into a file. I can do that by choosing Postprocessing -> Plot Parameters and then by clicking the Animate tab. But the scale in which it saves is always the save for all eigenvalues. Is there a possibility to save each eigenvalue in its own scale, just like it is shown when I click the specific eigenmode? Is it possible also to set my own colormap?

Unfortunately I don't have license for MATLAB connectivity.
