Sourcing specific mode profile for Frequency Response (RF Module)

Hi,

I am running a 3D module in RF. I would like to find the mode using eigen frequency and then use this mode as input to run frequency domain simulation. At the moment i am able to only give planewave or TE10 modes. Can anyone tell me how to store the mode and use it as a source in stationary case?
