Projection coupling variables from 2D to 1D

I have a problem integrating the concentration after a diffusion simulation in 2D along the x-axis and I hope that anybody could help me. A cross section plot is insufficient for me and need all the y values integrated against x. This seems somehow very difficult. I tried to use the projection coupling variable option and did a general transformation of all subdomains with the parameter c and projected it to one boundary. When I plot this boundary after the calculation with the corresponding variable name I get confusing results. The concentration is 6 orders of magnitude lower than in a regular cross section plot and it seems that only one subdomain is integrated. Im thankful for any help.
Best Regards,
Till
