Animation shows a Single frame only

Hi,

While the movie is being generated, i see all the frames, but while the movie is ebing played subsequently Only one frame is shown.

I am using Multiphase Flow : Phase field : Transient

Please advise me on how to correct this issue. My COMSOL 3.5a is running on Windows 7
