How to define Solubility (or Max Concentration)

Hi,
I am working on simulating a simple mass transfer (CO2 in Alkane)... I am facing difficulties in defining the maximum concentration on the domain.
I am willing to see the mass transfer continues until the whole domain reaches to a certain concentration (solubility value).
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
