Hi everybody
I am new user, I am trying to simulate Tank of water and inside the tank vibrating sphere , could anyone help me with that

your question is too vague to offer any significant help. For instance what will drive the sphere, materials etc.

However, here are some general comments: build your geometry, run an eigen-frequency study, and drive the model at an eigen-frequency of interest to find displacement/energy etc.
