How to generate 3D wire screen

can anyone help me how to create a 3D thin wire screen (see attached picture) ? I want to make stacked multiple wire screens. Fluid will flow through the open space of the stacked wire screens and in the end I am going to study the temperature profiles on the wire screen and in the fluid due to heat transfer and radiation. Also do you think Comsol's CFD module has ability to model the fluid flow through such complex structure?
