SOR error: SOR line did not find any lines

Dear all,

I'm currently conducting a research about laser vapor deposition simulation using COMSOL 4.2a. In this simulation, chemical species will pass through a reactor and be heated by a moving laser source. I used the conjugate heat transfer and transport of dilute species module to finish this model. However, a warning message " SOR line did not find any lines" appears after the code finish running. This model can produce correct flow and temperature field and reasonable contour of species reaction and concentration. But it fails to evaluate any quantities related to chemical reactions.

In terms of the mesh, I used free tetrahedral for both fluid and solid substrate. I used the "distribution" in the mesh to create finer grid along the path of the moving laser source, which is a line with uniform distribution. Then I add boundary layer on the upper surface of substrate, which will be heated by the laser , and on the fluid domain.

I was wondering how can I fix this SOR line error. I really appreciate any of your help!

I'm looking forward to your response!

Thanks again!

Yuchen
