piezo modeling with incomplete piezo properties from PZT manufacturers datasheet

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

In PZT manufacturer's datasheet, it is often found that they only provide part of the complete piezo properties.
For example:
1. Elasticity matrix. The piezo datasheets only provide Y_33 and Y_31
2. Piezo charge constant, only providing d_33 and d_31
3. Relative permittivity, only providing eps_33

Since COMSOL asks for these property matrices to be filled, what is the best way to fill up the missing matrix elements? Maybe for standard piezo (such as PZT-4, PZT-5A, etc) we can use the standard property, but what if the piezo is non-standard?

I also think that, especially, the elasticity matrix will affect the resonance property of the piezo transducer. Is it correct?

Thanks.
