How can I define the materials properties?

HELP.

Now I am learning how to use the COMSOL to simulate a oil Reservoir, as we know, there are many kinds of oil reservoir, such as, heavy oil, light oil, condensate gas oil, oil sands. Then, my question is: how can I define these kinds of properties of different oil reservoir?

For example, the viscosity is a temperature & pressure-dependant variable, how can I define it?
