defining temperature dependent function in Global definition.

hi,
I have some question regarding defining a function in Global definition. I am much confused I would be thankfull if anyone can help me out.
First I have got a temperature distribution in my power cable. And I have used a constant electrical conductivity value . After it I wanted to plot a temperature dependent electrical conductivity and I have a exponential function (more than three arguments) of conductivity which is temperature dependent. so when I define the function in the expression and also define every argument(constant). And when I run it gives an error that unknown parameter T which is temperature. How can I define T which is going to change.
should I use two separate models ? and import the temperature values ? if yes then how i can do this?
