Temperature distribution of fluid flowing through a temperature-gradient bottom plate

I want to heat up fluid inside the microchannel with a bottom plate which has a stable temperature gradient regardless of fluid motion or properties.
I would like to know the temperature distribution of the fluid (in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate); however, there seems no way to set a boundary temperature as a gradient.
What I am only sure of is the temperature distribution on the bottom plate along with the direction of fluid flow, the flow rate and properties of fluid.
It would be great if any advice suggested!
