Mathematics module

Hi!

I'm simulating the heat difussion equation in the heat transfer module. I'm also doing it from the mathematics module, using PDE, in order to simulate later the Maxwell-Cattaneo equation (very similar to the difussion equation but not equal, only avaible from the mathematics module). The point is that not always I obtain the same solution. When I only use one material I obtain the same solution but when I change it (2 materials) the solution is very different. I have no idea about these pronunciate differences, I think that it can be related with boundary condition or something like that. Am I forgetting something important in the mathematics module? Do you have any idea why I obtain such different solutions?

Thank you.
