obtain thermal conductivity through simulation by varying dimension and doping level in 2D model

Hi,
I am new to COMSOL 4.3a. Currently using 2D model heat transfer of silicon material, hoping to obtain the thermal conductivity as a result from varying the dimension and doping level through simulation.
Heat is supplied from one end, pass through the silicon material and lose at the other end through convection.
But the problem is that the thermal conductivity is already define in the material. And it shows the defined value after every simulation.
Is there any method for me to get the thermal conductivity by simulation using 2D model?
