If not taking anticorrosion measures properly, or coating failure, serious corrosion problems would occur because of wind and rain erosion, which lead the risk of falling and cause incalculable consequences. The research investigates the stress distribution of different parts on the device bracket under various external forces, as well as the potential and corrosion current density distribution of the bracket in different environments to better implement anti-corrosion measures. Based on its structure, a simulation model is established based on finite element analysis (COMSOL Multiphysics) to conduct numerical simulation research of mechano-electrochemical bidirectional coupling interaction, which focus on the potential and current density distribution at the connection between the bolt and the skeleton. The skeleton and bolts will cause galvanic corrosion, especially at the interface between the two, where the corrosion is most serious. Galvanizing and blackening of bolts can effectively prevent the occurrence of corrosion.
