Can we modify the continuity equation in laminar two phase level set, i wish to incorporate evaporation effect which require a source term instead of "0", in the continuity equation?

Yes, you can.
Under "equation view" mode, select the equation view of "fluid properties" and, under weak expression you find the line:

-tpf.divu*test(p)

Replace it with:

-tpf.divu*test(p)+your_source_term*test(p)

and you modified the continuity equation.
