Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.

Undefined value found in the equation residual vector.
There are 4 degrees of freedom giving NaN/Inf in the vector for the variable comp1.Ne and comp1.Ph
Where is the problem in the procedure and how to remove it.
Can you help me please?
