why dose velocity(u,v) exist in solid part?

Hi, I'm trying to simulate ice melting.
I used Heat Transfer in Fluid + Single Phase Flow module.
It's transient model and I want to see the flow(velocity vector) of the melted part(water).
I almost succeed but as you can see from the picture I attached, velocity exists in solid(blue region) part as well. I'd like to express velocity only in water part(red region).
Please help me out.
