Anyone remember turbulence theory??

I read (Kays&Crawford) that von Karman constant for internal pipe flow should be 0.40 whereas for external flow 0.42 is the better number - the latter is default in COMSOL

Can you remind me if the other turbulence terms are related to von Karman constant. I am optimistic that I can change 0.42 to 0.40 and not have to change anything else. Is that correct?

Thanks, John
