strain caused by lattice miamatch

Hi,
I try to simulate the strain which is led by lattice miamatch in different semiconductor materials, However, I don't konw how to set those properties like lattice constants, elastic matrix.
Or maybe it is inaccessible in COMSOL. Anybody know?
