Surface plasmon model

Hi,
I am creating a model for surface plasmon simulation which uses a dielectric layer and metal layer. I am using a dielectric material (Dispersive) with high carrier concentration as metal. It uses both electrostatic module(defining concentration) and EM wave module(Surface plasmons). I use a small cylindrical elements and a current 1A through it to produce Em waves which is directly in front of the model.

Since the material properties of the model depends on frequency, i want to know how to couple the wavelength of EM wave generated by current source into the material properties of the model.

Thank you very much
