How to add New Study

I don't know if my COMSOL installation is bugged or what is going on. But when I click on the add study no window shows. Can anyone show me where it is supposed to pop up? Or maybe it is because I need to specify something before the window can be opened?
I have attached my script where the new study button fails.

It is the problem of the Desktop. You can try to click Reset Desktop and then click study.
