Define geometry

I have to create a geometry with two concentric cylinders with its inner cylinder be acting as a membrane having some thickness. Flow through both the cylinders are countercurrent. Now, being precise, how should I create this type of geometry and define the counterflow? One more here, what material should I use for membrane and specify its characteristics like porosity and pore size?
